Prices are based on the type of cake required, decoration/design and sizes.
Once order has been confirmed, invoice will be sent to you and payment can be made. A deposit of at least 50% of agreed amount is required when placing your order. Your initial deposit reserves your order and is non-refundable. We must receive the balance before you pick up or deliver your cake. Any changes of size, styles, decorations or flavours of the cake can be made but cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
You can choose to have your cake delivered or collect it from us. A delivery fee is quoted at the time of order and included in the over¬all cost. All cakes are delivered properly packaged. If the cake is collected, the full responsibility for the safety of the cake lies with the client. Cakeries will not be responsible for any damage that may occur after the cake has left our studio.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation for birthday cakes is within 7 days of the date requested no refunds will be given. For wedding cakes cancellation within 30 days no refund will be given.
